Haru Ichiban, 'first of spring" - The first strong wind between Risshun and Shunbun which comes every year and heralds the official end of winter and beginning of spring. The warm wind (often raising temperatures 4 or 5 degrees) sweeps the country from the SW and typically lasts 48 hours.
